This is to inform you that pursuant to BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, in compliance with the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading window for dealing in Company's shares by all the Designated Persons including insiders, shall remain closed with effect from Wednesday, the 1st April, 2020 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020.
