Dev Labtech Venture Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve to transact the following main business:
1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Half Year ended 30th September, 2025 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement for the Half Year ended 30th September, 2025.
2. To shift Registered Office of the Company within the state of Gujarat but outside local limits of City (i.e. from Bhavnagar to Surat).
