DFL Infrastructure Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 18, 2016 have approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Mr. Balasubramanian Ramaiah, who holds the position as Director of the Company is re-designated as Wholetime Director of the Company with effect from March 18, 2016.<BR><BR>2. Mr. Sreenivasan Balachander, Managing Director and Mr. Bakthavathsalu Prakash, Director have resigned from the Board with effect from March 18, 2016.
