| In terms of RBI Guidelines and related FAQs, The Audit Committee and the Board have today, recommended the appointment of Messrs Sharp & Tannan, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration Number 109983W) issued by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) (a member firm of Russell Bedford International ('RB'), an international audit, tax and advisory firm headquartered in London), to act as the Statutory Auditors of DSL for the period of 3 (three) consecutive years and to hold office with effect from today i.e. November 11, 2021 until the conclusion of the 29th Annual General Meeting to be held in the calendar year 2024, in place of existing statutory auditors Messrs Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants.
