| We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Rakesh Mohan Garg (DIN: 0008970794) as an Independent Director (Additional Director), on its Board , for a period of one year, with effect from November 25, 2020, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.<BR> <BR> Brief Profile of Mr. Rakesh Mohan Garg, IRS (Retd.) (DIN: 0008970794)<BR> <BR> Mr. Rakesh Mohan Garg, joined Indian Revenue Service in 1983 and retired as Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax in Govt. of India. During his illustrious career spanning over 35 years, he handled various assignments at all levels in the Income Tax Department.<BR> <BR> Mr. Garg does not hold any share in the Company and is not related to any other director or key managerial personnel of the Company.
