| DHANLAXMI COTEX LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 of Securities & Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of M/s. Dhanlaxmi Cotex Limited will be held on 14th February, 2024, Wednesday at the registered office at 285, Chatrabhuj Jivandas House, 2nd Floor, Princess Street, Mumbai - 400002 at 02.30 p.m. to consider and approve the followings: 1. To Consider & Approve the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023 along with Limited Review Report thereon. 2. To re-appoint M/s Pankaj Trivedi & Co. Practicing Company Secretary for conducting Secretarial Audit in terms of Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Audit under Regulation 24A of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for F.Y. 2023-24. 3 .To take Note on Compliances on SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter ended 31st December, 2023. 4.
