With respect to the circular issued by BSE vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, we wish to inform you that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by the insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect (i.e. June 30, 2022) until 48 hours after the announcement financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2022.
