| DHANVANTRI JEEVAN REKHA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 4. To consider and approve draft Board's Report and its Annexure for the financial year ended 31.03.2024 5. To consider and approve Secretarial Audit Report for the financial year 2022-2023 6. To consider and fix the date, time for conducting 31st Annual General Meeting and to approve the Draft Notice of the said AGM of the Company. 9. To consider fix and intimate the dates of the Book Closure to the stock exchange for the purpose of holding the Annual General Meeting. 10. To consider and fix the date of E-Voting. (e-voting shall remain open for not less than three days and shall close at 5.00 p.m. on the date preceding the date of the general meeting) 11. To consider and fix the Cut-off date (Record Date) for the purpose of E-Voting (date not earlier than seven days before the date of general meeting for determining the eligibility to vote) 12. To consider and appoint the Scrutinizer to scrutinize the e-Voting results of Annual General Meeting. | |
