This is furtherance to the disclosure made by the Company on March 25, 2025 regarding order under section 143(3) of the Income Tax Act, issued by the Income Tax Department raising a tax demand of Rs. 64,07,051 including interest for FY 2019-20 (AY 2020-21) wherein the Company had filed an appeal against the said demand before ITAT, The Hon&apos;&apos;ble ITAT had partly allowed the appeal and directed and directed the Ld. Transfer Pricing Officer to pass the order giving the appeal effect. In this regard please be apprised that now order giving appeal effect has been passed by the Learned Assessing Officer reducing the demand to INR 3,36,723.
