Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a copy of the Annual Report along with Notice of 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the financial year 2019-20, which is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 15th December, 2020 through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) without physical presence of the members at a common venue to transact the businesses specified in the Notice convening the AGM has been sent by electronic mail.<BR> <BR> Further, the Company has also published Notice of 32nd AGM and Book Closure etc. in Financial Express (English Edition) and Jansatta (Hindi Edition) today i.e. 24th November, 2020.<BR> <BR> A copy of the Notice published in both the newspapers i.e. Financial Express and Jansatta of today are attached.<BR> <BR> You are requested to kindly take the aforesaid information on record.
