Appointment of Sri Ajay Agarwal (DIN: 00649182) as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director of the Company for three years wef November 25, 2020, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing General Meeting of the Company. His brief profile is enclosed herewith.<BR> 3. Re-appointment of M/s S.K. Bajpai & Co., Chartered Accountants (FRN: 004330C) as Statutory Auditors of the Company wef November 23, 2020, to fill the casual vacancy caused pursuant to the terms and conditions of the approved Resolution Plan, to hold office till the conclusion of the 6th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in the year 2021.<BR> As per the terms and conditions of the approved Resolution Plan, the existing Statutory Auditors i.e. M/s S.K.
