We regret to inform you of the sudden and sad demise of Sri Bharat Jayantilal Patel, Chairman & Non-Executive Director of the Company, on Saturday, May 29, 2021.<BR> <BR> Sri Bharat Jayantilal Patel was widely regarded as one of the most successful equity investors in India and a highly known and respected member of the capital markets fraternity. Under his Mentorship and Visionary leadership, he accepted challenge to revive many well-known Textile Brands during his long career with a vision to build one of the most trusted Textile Brands in the Country. Sri Bharat Jayantilal Patel was appointed on the Board of the Company in 2020 and the Company immensely benefitted from his vision and leadership during his tenure. He advocated 6 core values: Ethics, Values, Reliability, Dependability, Trustworthiness, Integrity, and Goodwill, on which the organization is built.
