Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 including the Second Amendment in the said Regulations dated July 25, 2019, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from trading hours of October 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 for all the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives.
The date of the meeting of the Board to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025, will be intimated to you separately.
