This is in continuation of our letter dated February 24, 2026, wherein the approval of the Members of the Company was sought through remote e-voting for the resolutions set out in the Postal Ballot Notice dated February 24, 2026 ('Notice').
In this regard, pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/8/2015 dated November 04, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the details of Voting Results of the Postal Ballot and the Scrutinizer's Report.
