In continuation to our announcement dated September 10, 2020 and in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the 'Narenpur Purnea Highways Private Limited' wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has executed the concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways) on October 24, 2020.<BR> <BR> The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all insiders, designated persons and their immediate relatives, connected persons, fiduciaries and intermediaries is already closed from the end of quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2020.
