This is to inform you that in terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and applicable regulatory provisions, the trading window of the Company to deal in equity shares of the Company will be closed from January 1, 2022 and the same shall remain closed till completion of 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter(Q3) of the Financial Year 2021-2022. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter(Q3) of the Financial Year 2021-2022, will be intimated in due course.
