This is in continuation of our earlier communication dated March 30, 2020 regarding closure oftrading window fromApril 1, 2020 till completion of 48 (forty eight) hours after thedeclaration of the Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Q4 and FY ended 31.03.2020. <BR> <BR> Further, vide our communication dated June 27, 2020, we had informed that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 8, 2020 to consider the said Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company.<BR> <BR> In continuation to the above, we would like to inform you that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct read with SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company, which is currently close on account of declaration of Annual Audited Financial Results, shall continue to remain close till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended on June 30, 2020. <BR> <BR> <BR>
