This is to inform you that, the Company has received vide order No. IA/15(MP)2022&IA/46(MP)2022 from Honorable NCLT, Indore Bench-MP under section 30 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016, whereby, the resolution plan of Mr. Sanjay Chopra for Corporate Debtor i.e., M/s Divya Jyoti Industries Ltd stands allowed as per Section 30(6) of the IBC, 2016.
