| We would like to inform that the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (D.R.I.) conducted a survey at our Registered Office and at the manufacturing facility of the Company situated at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh between 20th December, 2021 till 22nd December, 2021. The focus of the survey was mainly directed towards our Television division. The issues raised by the D.R.I. are interpretational in nature and we stand committed to defend our interpretation using all recourse available to us. We have extended full cooperation to the D.R.I, including providing complete information in a timely manner. The Company is committed to make appropriate disclosures in accordance with applicable regulations to avoid any speculative activities and have been regular in making the required disclosures in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
