Dear Sir / Madam,<BR> <BR> We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, via Circular Resolution dated November 11, 2021, approved the appointment of Mr. Deepak Bhageria (DIN: 00540430) as an Additional Director designated as an Independent Director, not liable to retire by rotation, for a period of 2 ( Two) years commencing from November 11, 2021 to November 10, 2023, subject to approval of the shareholders. <BR> <BR> The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are given in the enclosed annexure.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take the same on your record.<BR>
