DONEAR INDUSTRIES LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022; 2. and recommend Dividend, if any, on Equity Shares of the Company for financial year ended March 31, 2022; and 3. conversion of loan into equity shares, in the event of default under section 62 (3) of the Companies Acts, 2013, subject to the approval of Shareholders.
