Donear Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on <BR>May 28, 2022, inter-alia :<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022;<BR><BR>2. To consider and recommend Dividend, if any, on Equity Shares of the Company for financial year ended March 31, 2022; <BR>and<BR><BR>3. To consider and approve conversion of loan into equity shares, in the event of default under section 62 (3) of the Companies Acts, 2013, subject to the approval of Shareholders.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by its Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives and in furtherance to our letter dated March 29, 2022, the Trading Window has been closed from April 01, 2022 and will end 48 hours after the declaration of results.
