Appointment of Mr. S. Upender Reddy, Practising Company Secretary as Scrutinizer for announcement of e-voting result and Poll taken result of the ensuing AGM.<BR><BR>2. Constituted Internal Compliant Committee.<BR><BR>3. Adopted SS1 and SS2<BR><BR>4. New Set of Articles as per the Provisions of New Companies Act, 2013.
