The Company has entered into an arrangement with Central Depository Services Ltd (CDSL) for facilitating e-voting through their e-voting platform i.e. https://www.evotingindia.com/. The dispatch of annual reports to the shareholders of the company has commenced today i.e., Friday, August 02, 2024.
