This is to inform you that as per Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March, 31 2024 for all Designated Employees, Directors and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company from April, 01 2024. The trading window shall open 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter ended March, 31 2024, become generally available. Accordingly, all Designated Persons as per the Company''s Insider Trading Code have been advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. you are requested to kindly take the same on record.
