Duncans Industries Ltd has informed BSE that shareholders from promoters group, employees of the group companies or their family members have been informed that "Trading Window" for the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from August 05, 2015 to August 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) in terms of the requirement of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 for consideration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter ended June 30, 2015 by the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company at their respective meetings scheduled to be held on August 14, 2015.
