Duncans Industries Ltd has informed BSE that due to temporary disruption of operations at some of the tea estates of the Company there has been some delay in obtaining the operating and financial data from the tea gardens of the Company and the said situation is still prevailing in the tea gardens. Due to the said temporary impediments, the annual audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended September 30, 2015 and the unaudited financial results for the 1st quarter ended December 31,2015 (2015-16) could not be compiled till date. As a result, the meetings of the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors which are scheduled to be held on February 11, 2016, will not be able to adopt the same.
