In pursuance to the Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (Code of Conduct) and SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's Securities would be closed for all the designated persons (including Directors and designated employees) and their relatives from Friday, 31st March, 2023 until 48 hours from the date of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023. The date of the Board Meeting shall be intimated in due course. Kindly acknowledge the receipt and take the same on record.
