| DYNAMATIC TECHNOLOGIES LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/10/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir / Madam,<BR> <BR> In compliance with Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations, we inform you that the Board Meeting of Dynamatic Technologies Limited (the ''Company'') will be held on Friday, 29th October 2021, to inter-alia consider and approve the un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2021.<BR> <BR> In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window has been closed from Friday, 1st October 2021, and will re-open after 48 hours from<BR> the publishing of results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2021.
