| DYNAMATIC TECHNOLOGIES LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir / Madam, We hereby inform you that the Board Meeting of Dynamatic Technologies Limited (the 'Company') would be held on Wednesday, 10th Aug 2022 inter-alia to: a. To consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2022. b. To consider declaration of Interim Dividend to the Equity shareholders of the Company. The Interim Dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, 19th Aug, 2022 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.
