Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended up to date, as well as circular issued by the Stock Exchanges on 2nd April, 2019 and "The Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of Dynavision Limited it is hereby notified that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of Dynavision Limited would remain closed for all "Designated Persons/Insiders" and their immediate relatives, from Saturday, the 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023.
The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the Financial Results would be intimated in due course.
