29-03-2021<BR> Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended up to date, as well as circular issued by the Stock Exchanges on 2nd April, 2019 and "The Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of Dynavision Limited it is hereby notified that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of Dynavision Limited would remain closed, for all "Designated Persons/Insiders" and their immediate relatives, from Thursday the 1st April, 2021 till 48 hours from the filing of the Audited financial results of the Company for the year ending 31st March, 2021 with the Stock Exchanges.<BR> The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the Audited financial results would be intimated in due course.
