| East India Securities Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/11/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, November 15, 2021 at its Registered office at DA-14, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700064 to consider following matters:<BR> <BR> 1. To Consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended on September 30, 2021 in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)Regulations, 2015;<BR> <BR> 2. Any other matter with the permission of the chair, as may be considered fit in accordance with Secreterial Standard-1 <BR> <BR> The Company shall intimate to exchange the Unaudited financial results upon the conclusion of the Board Meeting as required by SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
