Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 19th February, 2021 at 3:30 p.m. at the registered office to consider and discuss the following items:<BR> <BR> 1.To Consider and approve subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company and relevant statutory Authorities issuance of Bonus Shares to the Shareholders of the Company.<BR> <BR> Further in pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with Company's Code on prohibition of Insider Trading, the Company is closing the 'Trading Window' with immediate effect and it will remain closed for forty eight hour after the conclusion of Board Meeting.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and record.<BR>
