| This has reference to our intimation Letter No. ESIL/2022-23 dated June 10,2022 regarding the initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ("CIRP") in the case of Eastern Silk Industries Limited ("the Company") under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) read with the rules and regulations framed there under ('Code'). In this regard, please be further informed that NCLT, vide their Order dated July 29, 2022 (which was received by us on August 4, 2022), has appointed Mr. Anil Kohli, Insolvency Professional, having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00112/2017-2018/10219 of ARCK Resolution Professional LLP office situated at 409, 4th floor, Ansal Bhawan, 16, K. G. Marg, Connaught Place, New Delhi 110001 is hereby appointed as Resolution Professional in replacement of Mr. Anil Agarwal, Interim Resolution Professional pursuant to Section 22(2) and 22(3)(b) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, a copy of which is enclosed. | |
