Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulation, 2015 and Companies Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and other connected persons, the trading window for dealing in shares of the company will be closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and other connected persons, from Monday 01st April 2024 till 48 hours after announcement of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2024.
