With reference to the subject mentioned above and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/P/CIR/2021/556 dated April 29, 2021 and our intimation dated 08-04-2022, we hereby submit that Annual Secretarial Compliance Report pursuant to Regulation 24A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable to the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2022 since the paid up equity share capital is not exceeding rupees ten crore and net worth is not exceeding rupees twenty-five crore, as on the last day of the previous financial year.
