The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e., 01st December 2022, has inter-alia, considered and approved the following item: Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform the Exchanges that the Company is entering into a definitive agreement subject to closing conditions to acquire the 75% stake in Nutana Aviation Capital IFSC Private Limited. In a growing charter market across the globe, Nutana Aviation will be carrying business for renting and booking of charter aircrafts. The Board Meeting commenced at 11:30 A.M and concluded at 12:03 P.M.
