| ECO RECYCLING LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/12/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to the captioned subject and in continuation to our earlier intimations dated November 4, 2020 & November 12, 2020, informing about the Board Meeting earlier scheduled on November 12, 2020 (now postponed) & will now be held on December 10, 2020.<BR> <BR> As we all know that CoVID-19 pandemic has caused continuous lockdown in the Country which has resulted in many operational challenges to the Company & Auditors in preparation and finalization of accounts/ results and audit of the same. <BR> <BR> Further, due to irregular operations of the auditor's office, there is interruption in the working and consequently declaration of quarter & half yearly results is been prolonged for the Quarter ended September 30, 2020.<BR> <BR> This may be treated as compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR> <BR> You are requested to kindly take note of this intimation. | |
