With reference to the earlier announcement dated November 4, 2020 regarding intimation of Board Meeting which was to be held & convene on November 12, 2020 at 5.00 p.m, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half Year ended on September 30, 2020, the aforementioned meeting has been postponed and will be rescheduled until further notice.<BR> It is hereby also informed that the Trading Window will be closed for dealing in the securities of the Company by Directors, designated employees and connected persons covered under the Code, had commenced and will end 48 hours after the Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter half year ending September 30, 2020 declared, as prescribed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR>
