(1) Approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for quarter and nine months ended 31 December, 2023. We enclose herewith a copy of the approved Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report issued by M/s Mehra Goel and Company, Statutory Auditors of the Company. We are arranging to publish these results in the newspapers as per Regulation 47 of Listing Regulations. (2) Approved the proposal for incorporation of a Subsidiary of the Company in the name of Ek Design Industries Limited or any other name as approved by competent authority. The details, as required under the Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III Part A Para A (1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P /2023/120 dated 11th July, 2023 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 Dated 13th July, 2023 is attached as Annexure-A.
