Approved the alteration in the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company; 2. The Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, 29th March, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at the Registered Office of the Company situated at A.T Palace, Kotwali Chowk, Sadar Bazar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh-492001; 3. The remote e-voting period will commence from 09:00 A.M. (IST) on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 and will conclude at 5.00 P.M. (IST) on Thursday, March 28, 2024.
