EIH Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 13, 2020, inter alia, to consider and approve declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2019-2020.<BR><BR>Payment of Dividend will be on March 26, 2020 by way of NACH/ dispatch of dividend warrants.<BR><BR>As per Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from March 10, 2020 to March 15, 2020 (Both day inclusive).
