To approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022 and to adopt the Limited Review Report of the Auditor''s thereon. 2. To appoint Mr. Shivratan Agarwal (DIN: 03496765) as an Additional Independent Director of the Company.
