Ekansh Concepts Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Ekansh Concepts Limited is scheduled to be held on, Tuesday, August 12, 2025 inter-alia to consider the following business:
1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2025 and to adopt the Auditor's Report thereon.
2. To consider any other matter with the permission of Chair.
