Pursuant to the provisions of regulation 33 (3)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD-1/142/2018 dated November 19, 2018, the Company hereby inform you that the Company is anticipating a delay in publishing the annual audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023 (Q4) within the prescribed time period of 60 days. The Company will provide timely intimation regarding the declaration date of the audited financial statements for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023. The trading window continues to remain closed from April 1, 2023.
