this is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be
held on Thursday, November 13, 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve the
following matters :
1) To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for
the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September ,2025;
2) Any other matter with the permission of the chair.
