As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading)(Second Amendment) Regulation, 2019, effective from July 25, 2019, and pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Restriction Period' shall be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results'. In view of the aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives effective from March 31, 2022 until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2022. The details of the Board meeting and opening of the trading window shall be intimated in due course. The same is being informed to Designated Persons in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
