ELANTAS BECK INDIA LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31 December 2022. To consider and recommend the payment of Dividend, if any for the year 2022, in terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Insider Trading framed by the Company under the Insider Trading Regulations, "Trading Window" (i.e. period to deal in the Company''s shares) shall remain closed from Sunday, 1 January 2023 for all Designated Employees of the Company and will open 48 hours after the aforesaid financial results are declared to the stock exchange.
