Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 10th June, 2023 to Wednesday, 28th June, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and Record date is Friday, 9th June, 2023 for the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company, if approved by the shareholders at the 63rd AGM, would be paid to the members as Final Dividend of Rs. 2.00/- (i.e. 100%) per share having face value of Rs. 2/- per share for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2023.
